Embracing Life Transitions
Because we live in stressful times, we yearn to be ready to anything that life throws to us. We’ve become accustomed to nonstop working anxiety. This seven day retreat goal is to rediscover our values in order to be carried through life transitions: to recognize what lessons we have learned to grow and move from survived to thrived. The carefully curated experience becomes a chance to reconnect with yourself, with others and with the healing components of nature. Our work together draws from the wisdom of the Jewish faith to enrich our lives and stay connected to our purpose. During your time you can expect to practice silence, meditation, prayer, chanting, movement, play, and self-reflection.
