Terms & Policies:
Send us an inquiry email to ​​breathtake.in@gmail.com​​ to request a reservation and we will get back to you promptly. At the time of your reservation we will collect a 50% deposit for the retreat. The remaining balance should be paid in total by no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of retreat.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing to ​​breathtake.in@gmail.com

Refund Schedule:

• Up to eight weeks prior to the beginning of the retreat: We issue a full refund less a $100 USD cancellation fee per person.

• Up to six weeks prior to the retreat: We retain 50% of the deposit + $100 USD cancellation fee per person

• Six weeks prior or less: No refund of deposit.

It is uncommon for trips to be cancelled due to inclement weather in Costa Rica, but we will cancel if the weather at the retreat locations is cause for safety concerns and you will be refunded in full.
 
Participants responsibilities:
All participants are required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Express Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement before embarking in this adventure. Additionally, clients must follow all safety procedures set forth by their guide. Clients are also ultimately responsible for their own safety during any of our trips. Travel insurance is required.
