We will explore "CURIOSITY" as "the "producer" of our inner "Discovery Channel". I will lead you to places where you have stored the power of your curious being. Together we will reclaim the scout, the adventurer, and the learner in us.

The first fifty minutes of each session will be dedicated to mindfulness practice and teaching and the last twenty-five to conversation for those who would like to be part of it.
